• Application and Procedures

• Payment Information

  Payment for party events is accepted in two installments: a deposit and the remaining balance.

• Payment Schedule

  ・Deposit (Advance Payment)
  The deposit amount will be determined individually based on the details and size of the event.
  Further information will be provided at the time of contract.
  
  ・Remaining Balance
  On the day of the event, the final number of guests will be confirmed at the reception desk.
  The remaining balance will then be calculated by deducting the deposit from the final total amount.
  
  The payment deadline is by the end of the month following the event.

• Payment Methods

  Payment can be made by bank transfer or cash.
  If you prefer another payment method, please contact us in advance.

• Cancellation Policy

  3-2 months before the date of use : 40%
  2-1 month before the date of use : 70%
  1 month prior to the date of use - the day of use : 100%

• Other

  ・Your understanding and approval of our "Rules of Use" (*1) is required.

  ・Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  However, for use outside of normal business hours (11:00-23:00), a contract must be made at least one month prior to the date of use.

  ・As a rule, the number of people and details of the event must be confirmed or changed at least one week prior to the date of use.

  ・Alcohol is strictly prohibited for underage participants.

  ・Please bring your official ID(*2) with you.

  ・In principle, access to areas outside of the contracted reserved area is prohibited.
